We moved our headquarters to Pecatonica in 2020, and have loved becoming a part of the community here. We are less than a five minute drive to quote tree work at most properties in Pecatonica! This small town has made a lasting impression on us: we have made friends with neighbors and provide our services to local businesses including Bay Valley Foods and Skinner's Auto Body.
Those who know us will tell you, we are not just a business, but a family, and we strive to be a pillar in our community. If you are in trouble, we are here to help! I've brought tools to help neighbors with broken down cars and we are always looking out for the security and well being of those we encounter in our town.
We hope you'll think of us when you need tree work done at your property. We service trees of all sizes, even up to crane removals if necessary.
For challenging jobs in back yards or over buildings, we access the tree canopy using safe and long established tree climbing methods. Combining this skill set with modern tree service hardware, we can handle removal and trimming of even the largest trees in Illinois.
We constantly strive to provide our customers with a great experience. See what Pecatonica homeowners are saying after doing business with Easy Eddy's Tree Service!
Taking down large trees can be extremely dangerous, sometimes with limited options. When we fell a tree, we always do a complete assessment of the property and area where the tree is located, making provision for every possible outcome. When it is time for the tree to come down, safety and backup measures are set in place to mitigate risk and guarantee safe completion of the tree falling process.
The reach of the fall must be determined and then we review the method, plan, and intended outcome as well as perform a final risk assessment. The notch must be perfect in size, direction, and angle; the feller must have a safe path of escape at a 45 degree angle from the direction of fall. Using this method, we have felled trees up to five feet in diameter: so if a tree is making you nervous, peace of mind is just a phone call away.
